For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions we receive from our customers.

General Questions
How many uniforms should I order?
There are no strict rules; it depends on your personal circumstances. Here's a general guide:

  • Summer:
    Option 1: 2 dresses and 3 pairs of socks.
    Option 2: 2 pairs of shorts, 3 shirts, and 3 pairs of socks.

If you are a busy working parent, having more uniforms on hand can be helpful for those days when laundry isn’t done as frequently.

What if you don’t stock a product I am looking for?
We stock all official Kolbe uniform items as approved by the school Principal. If there's a specific item you can't find, please reach out to us for assistance.

How do I pay?
You can pay through our secure online payment system or in person at our uniform shop using a card or cash. Please note, in-person payments can only be made during the shop's opening hours, which are listed on our Contact Us page.

What is the turnaround time for an online order?
Once you have placed an order online, you can collect it during the shop's opening hours. We also offer the option to have your order delivered to Student Services for your child to collect. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing, as we operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders are packed and delivered to Student Services for collection on those days.

Returns Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for items purchased from the uniform shop. However, exchanges are possible as long as the item is in its original condition, including tags and packaging.

Non-exchangeable items:

  • Swimwear, socks, tights, and headwear.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Items must be free from any marks or damage and returned in their original condition.

We will not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by improper washing or drying (e.g., using a dryer for socks). Please follow the care instructions carefully. Socks should never be placed in the dryer.
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling.
  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong style or colour.
